For the perfect reubens: Brush one side of artisan rye with melted butter. With buttered side down, add brown mustard, sliced bread & butter pickles, Swiss, beef pastrami (I like Dickinson’s Farmstead Meats @eatmeaty from @chelseamarketny), caraway sauerkraut, Havarti with dill, and homemade Russian dressing. For the dressing, combine sour cream, ketchup, relish, Worcestershire, dill, chive, celery salt & pepper. Then, top with another slice of buttered bread, butter side up.
