✨If you have ever restricted yourself by the food you eat. If you ever bit into regret or dined with disparaging fret. If you ever loathed your reflection or cringed in your frame. Then this message is for you.? I know what it’s like to sleep in hunger. I know what its like when a lack of perceived worth justifies emptiness. I know what its like to look in the mirror every single day and have dysmorphia pick and punish your very own skin. I know what it’s like starve for a purpose that could never be filled on an empty stomach. But I also know something beyond this. I know what it’s like to discover and heal.✨ For in my life, there existed a burden, a burden masked and concealed by digits and deficits. However restriction was never the true problem; it was merely a symptom that concealed a greater load. The problem was a belief system I adhered to. It was the erred perception that my worth could be quantified. Ascribing morals to numbers and figures, interpreting life as a mechanical composition. Surrounded by hindered means of beauty and skip-a-meal solutions, I only grew emptier by the bites I never took. In this strife, there was never a moment of satisfaction, nor was there ever a moment of truly understanding a worth that was always there. By realizing this greater load, I unpeeled and picked at its foundation. It turns out, this foundation ceased to exist. By realizing the baseless nature of the fallacies that controlled my life for years, I was finally able to set myself free. ?? I no longer had to starve to feel worthy. I didn’t have to skip meals to feel valued or significant. I didn’t have to justify the bites I never made, nor did I have to build my life upon frameworks that had no core. By discovery, I unpeeled with awareness and healed with loving intention. ?In truly understanding the reasons behind my symptom did I finally begin to change; and only when I changed did I begin to heal. I only pray that my experience may serve to exemplify your innate power. Rise, discover, and #fightforgrowth ?

✨If you have ever restricted yourself by the food you eat. If you ever bit into regret or dined with disparaging fret. If you ever loathed your reflection or cringed in your frame.
Then this message is for you.? I know what it’s like to sleep in hunger. I know what its like when a lack of perceived worth justifies emptiness. I know what its like to look in the mirror every single day and have dysmorphia pick and punish your very own skin.
I know what it’s like starve for a purpose that could never be filled on an empty stomach.
But I also know something beyond this.
