It's been so much fun finding out and personalizing everyone's First Words for the first course of U.P., our 8-course dessert only tasting table. From "Dada" to "Tree" to "Green Beans", our favorite part is really getting to know a bit more about each guest. The dish is a play on baby peas and carrots with an Ile Flottante made from green pea rice milk anglaise, carrot cake, and vanilla meringues poached in cream.
