I've always thought the best #chocolate #bonbons were those that tasted intensely of flavor. This one we made for the #SweetMasquerade event tonight for #nycwff has a combination of fresh #lemon curd, topped with lemon #zest, #seasalt, and ground #espresso. To really add a punch of flavor, each one is wrapped with a freshly cut #basil leaf. We freshly quenelled and enrobed 500 of these today and are bringing 45 basil trees with us for our "secret garden" table. Hope your brought your mask. #fwfesties
