At @superiorityburger in the #EastVillage, which opened in June, new ideas fly through the kitchen so quickly, you can almost hear them buzz by. That’s why the new “medium-fast-food” outlet, which serves only #vegetarian food, is more than Shake Shack those who prefer their burgers meat-free, according to @nytfood. The photographer @samuelhodgson captured the restaurant’s chef, Brooks Headley, collecting supplies from the basement to the sound of a guitar outside.
