Tonight, in celebration of First (our theme for our U.P. menu), we had a little party with friends and set out to recreate dishes that we made during our first potluck dinners. On the menu: mac and cheese (with tomatoes), tacos (with the hard crunchy shells), bruschetta (with loads of garlic), pasta (with a stick o' butter), queso dip and chips (yep, with velveeta), and an impressive chicken marbella.
