Tipsy cake with a roasted pineapple brushed with apple caramel. Soft brioche cake cooked by adding one table spoon of Sauternes and Brandy anglaise every 5 minutes while it slowly cooks through. (Also eating this on behalf of you @jesscheng20). #London
