After seeing these super cute mousse tarts by Tart Blanc @tartblanc posted by my blogger/IG friends @danielfooddiary and @stormscape, I had to get my hands on them.
Available as the Tira Bunny (tiramisu inspired with mascarpone and coffee fudge cake layer) and Mango Chick (mango mousse and lychee tart). These tarts score high in the looks department. Taste wise the Chick is better than the Bunny for me.
I would have preferred that the tart shells were more crisp.
