We believe that Heinz is perfectly delicious, but we also love to make our own condiments (no joke: there are 30+ in #AmericanBurgerRevival). We start with our classic ketchup recipe and add the ingredients found in a traditional mignonette: shallots, red wine vinegar, freshly cracked pepper. And then we throw in whole oysters for a briny oceanic depth, fish them out at the end, and slurp ‘em down. Add a swig of beer.
