We are getting ready for our grand open on 20th June in Tokyo! Kitchen team has been working really hard to test all the items with Ingredients available in Japan at the real site and actual equipment. So far sooooooo gooood! We can't wait to welcoming you all!!! 実際の店で試作がドンドン出来上がっています！日本で手に入る材料で実際の厨房と器材でやるとレシピは同じでもまた仕上がりに大きな違いがあります。この微妙なサジ加減が職人技なんですね〜^ ^
