Since I cannot be in Japan now, shall make do with some yummy Japanese cakes and sweets from Chateraise.
Chateraise, dessert patisserie from Yamanashi prefecture, Japan has opened at Isetan Westgate.
Check out their super cute kuma (bear) cake!
Matcha cake had a really good azuki red bean filling, one of the best I have tried but I did wished that the matcha flavour was more pronounced and overall little too sweet.
But I am still pretty impressed by their selection of bakes and sweets and the super affordable pricing range of around $2-5
