It's very easy easy to make, you can get creative all you want with flavors and easily vary your macros as well I make 4 servings in different serving cups with different flavors and just keep it in fridge. Another benefit of it it's just you don't have to cook your oatmeal in the morning, just grab the container and ready to go For one serving I use 1/3 cup dry oats 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 scoop Energy Protein from @optimumnutrition Berries Mix almond milk and protein in a cup( you can add stevia if you like to make it sweeter), add dry oats, mix well, add berries and sprinkle with some cinnamon or cocoa powder on top and place in a fridge overnight ( has to sit in a fridge at least for 4-5 hours to be ready to serve) Enjoy your oatmeal in the morning ?
