Here's a tricep workout that we did last night in upper body class as a burnout!
Keep your shoulder and wrist fixed and the elbow pointed in front of you. You can place your hand against your upper arm to provide support and to keep it from moving. With the palm facing forward, push straight down across your body and then return to start.
