"I think it was December 2007, my colleague Basar [Girit] and I were playing chess on a sunny afternoon, sitting inside Solar Pavilion 2 that we had installed at Scope Art Fair, Miami. #ArnoldLehman walked up and asked if we knew the designer of the pavilion to which we proudly replied, ‘we are.’ He then followed up by asking where we were from. Upon hearing that we were from Brooklyn he handed us his business card and encouraged us to give him a call when we returned home.
