HEALTHY APPLE CRUMBLE!? Firstly - over on my YouTube channel I just uploaded a video about how to stay healthy while travelling! ? Secondly, here's the recipe: For the base layer you need: 2 large cooking apples, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 cup raisins, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp ground cloves, 1/4 cup water. Chop up the apples into bite size pieces. Put the apples in a bowl with the spices and raisins, stir until the apple is coated in spices. Heat up a non stick pan on a medium/high and pop in the apple/spice/raisin mix and add in 1/4 cup water. Simmer until the apples are softened - you might need to add more water depending on how long it takes. Once the apples are softened place them in the bottom of your crumble tray. ? For the crumble layer you need:1 cup whole rolled oats, 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup powdered stevia, 1/3 cup toasted almond flakes, 1/4 cup dessicated coconut, 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Combine the crumble ingredients and pour them over the top of the base layer. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or until the crumble is beginning to turn golden brown ?
