Had the pleasure of doing grace (1:26), Isabel and Karen in my first session today.
It's always fun to do these benchmark workouts as it is a good tool to measure improvement.
In the first two workouts, keeping your hands on the bar for as long as possible is key to a good score. Limit the rest and dig deep. 5sec or even 15sec won't make you recover - it will hurt but getting a new PR will make it hurt a little less :) Tell yourself that you can go fast and your body will listen.
