Mornings at Maic's Gym ?
Learned a new trick today. Was able to do this! 5 push-ups with both legs on the ball, and 5 either side too (one leg on the ball and one leg in the air) At the end of the year i want to able to do 20 each perfectly! ? #morningmotivation ☺️ was able to do this kasi nainggit ako kay kuya trainer that was doing it behind me HAHA ?
