The #PurpleBlobOfTheWeek comes to us courtesy of a strong storm that recently moved from the Southern Ocean into the Tasman Sea between Australia and New Zealand. Tasmania will get blasted by swell and gale force west wind on Wednesday, while breaks in southeast Australia will see a smaller, but still good size, portion of the swell on Wednesday with much lighter west wind. The East Coast of Australia is up next with exposed breaks seeing the south swell for the second half of the work week.
