This is Jason Derulo speaking about Trumpets. The record I produced and wrote with him. I just found out today that the record went platinum so he spoke with billboard about the song. This guy literally came to my tiny apartment in LA. My dingy 10 by 10 room with a mattress on the floor and chipping painted walls because he loved the song so much. 2 years ago I had no placements, no anything. Jason didn't care at all. Fast forward and the monster and trumpets both went platinum and things are moving well (God willing) If it wasn't for Jason being humble and awesome this wouldn't have happened.
