In 2003, we rescued a wild herd of #elephants in Swaziland that were scheduled to be killed and brought them to the @sdzsafaripark to increase the population and genetic diversity of African elephants in North America. Since then the herd has thrived, producing nine offspring including little princess Quinisa. We're beyond honored to be awarded the prestigious Edward H. Bean award, along with @lowryparkzoo, for our efforts.
