This is our first visit to Latin America to look at the issue of child marriage. According to the UNFPA report Marrying Too Young, many developing countries lack evidence to document prevalence and trends regarding child marriage and are therefore unable to develop appropriate policies and programmes to address it. However the report states that the Latin American countries of Brazil, El Salvador, Mexico, El Salvador and Guatemala all have a high prevalence of the practice. #tooyoungtowed #endchildmarriage #nofilter
