The birds nest is located deep in the thorny cactus below, and remarkably can navigate through maze of thorns quickly and resiliently. I was fortunate enough to stumble across this nest one evening while hiking back from a day of climbing and enjoyed a quite couple hours photographing this beautiful bird as the sun went down. @natgeocreative @3stringsproductions #Earth365
