This cartoon version of me made me smile this morning. Thank you @nellafittynova ! Today I woke up feeling a little off and so so sad. The dynamic of our little family has completely shifted and for a few moments every morning I forget. It's hard. Two hours of handstands with our beautiful retreat group helped lift my spirits. Everybody feels the same thing, just not at the same time. We are never alone. Not ever. Ask for divine help when you need it and it will come. Nothing is ever lost (if I tell myself enough maybe I'll start to believe in it again). Xo
