photo by @vincentjmusi I try to bring my family on assignment as often as I can, My son Hunter has been with me on many adventures including the time we photographed Maya, the bottle nose dolphin at the National Aquarium in Baltimore for an article on animal cognition. The aquarium is considering moving their dolphins to an oceanside sanctuary. Maya was born in captivity but many people now feel these highly intelligent animals should not be kept in captivity.
