Photo: @randyolson | So… I was minding my own business photographing Daasanach women fainting over slaughtered bulls… I was down low next to a puddle of blood when a tranced-out warrior decided to stomp in the puddle like a crazed kid would stomp in a puddle on a rainy day…Covering me head to toe. I don’t like the word “selfie” we used to shoot them every now and then with film but did not have a name for them.
