Ok so. I think this is number one on my successful baking list so far ?? when you make something so good that is so healthy & has no refined sugars, dairy, gluten or any nasty preservatives it is hard to not be happy with yourself ?
Raw Caramel + Choc slice:
Base: 1/2c almonds, 1/2c peanuts or cashews, 1/2c dates, 1/4c coconut + blend til sticky
Caramel: 1/2c tahini + 1/2c raw honey or maple/agave
Chocolate: 1/2c coconut butter/oil + 1/2c cacao + stevia to taste (or any sweetener)
