I know most of you guys follow me for my recipes, but I've recently been getting a lot of emails asking about my training ☺️ I train with @naomilbailey and we have an upper/lower/HIIT/rest training split, and then we repeat. I used to split workouts into specific body parts but on the recommendation of @brynray I changed to upper/lower. This works for me as it means each body part gets trained twice a week ? I prefer HIIT cardio over LISS as it's more challenging and helps boost your metabolism! We lift as heavy as we can while maintaining form and aim for between 8-12 reps depending on the exercise. Sometimes we chuck in 5x5 training to change it up. Our training sessions are maximum an hour and we have short rest periods to keep the intensity up.
