This special edition #Panerai PAM108 was introduced in 2001 and had a limited run of only 100 pieces. This model was made exclusively for the AMG division of Mercedes and featured a 40mm titanium case with a polished steel bezel. It had an exhibition case back to show off the beautiful Zenith El Primero movement. As you can see on the dial it really was something different with it’s silver colored sub dials contrasting the black dial on a stainless steel bracelet. One other variation you will notice is the arabic numerals around the dial use the AMG number font that is found on their cars, with the exception of the number 12 which keeps the traditional Panerai numbers. Very #Rolex Daytona-esque wouldn’t you say?
