Charred and slightly sauced marinated broccoli was just right for crunch and flavor within each florets, candied yams were OUTTA CONTROL. They somehow glaze, flame, and glaze again so u literally get crisp candy shell over moist, soft melted yams. The smoky braised collard greens, tossed oats grain, and edamame combo is a really cool blend of fresh a With fill.
