Yesterday I woke up with the sun, taught a yoga class, had a green juice for breakfast and then received two hours of the most intense Thai massage I've ever gotten. After that I took a swim, drank a coconut and had lunch. I got a healing sound treatment with tuning forks by my love @v_keen before leading moon salutations on the beach followed by a massage circle, meditation and chanting. Light dinner and then we all met by the fire. The temazcal was so sacred, so terrifying and so absolutely beautiful. I have no words. The day and this entire week was leading up to this... Maybe the entire year. My entire life. We stepped into the fire and did not shrink back. Guerreras! Perdoname, gracias, te amo.

I only slept four hours and woke up at 5am to this sunrise from my rooftop. My body is sore but my soul is soaring.
I am in love. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
