A meeting participant told CNBC the group spent the first 45 minutes talking about HeathCare.gov and some other government IT issues, without the president and vice president in the room. Once #Obama and #Biden arrived the group discussed the #NSA's PRISM program for the next two hours • U.S. stocks closed slightly lower on Tuesday with investors reluctant to make decisive moves a day before hearing whether the Federal Reserve will begin curbing its monthly asset purchases in 2013. • Later this week, #Facebook will be testing out new video ads that auto-play on some users' news feeds, a move that could potentially spark a major increase in the social network's revenue from advertisers.
