Had to get a super quick workout in before I head to the night show! Talk about a quick 30 min workout! Hit it HARD! I did a circuit Exercise 1: 30 steps lunges with 25 pond dumb bells.
2: Bulgarian lunges 25 pnd dumb bells 15 each leg.
3: straight leg dead lifts 40 pnd dumb bells single straight leg dead lifts 12 each leg.
4: Stiff leg dead lift 40 pnd dumb bells 15 reps.
5: 30 Jumping alternating lunges.
6: Kick backs 50 pnds 15 reps each leg.
*30 second rest in between workouts.
*Circuit repeated 3 x in 30 minutes.
