I love going down to the reflecting pool with my camera and playing around. It's without a doubt my favorite place in #DC. This shot is a good example of why it is important to have patience in photography and alway be prepared for anything. The nice dusk light had all but disappeared and I was thinking about leaving when all of the sudden a bunch of geese starting flying past the #Washington #Memorial. Acting quickly, I took what I consider to be a pretty awesome shot. (Taken before the scaffolding was put up around the memorial) photo by @magnumji
