It's Gratitude Monday! Today I am extremely grateful for this amazing group of yogis that flew all the way to Aruba to attend my May Retreat this week! Such a lovely group of dedicated yogis. Today is SUP Yoga day... So excited!?Grateful to have a job that allows me to be outside and play on the beach every day. Also, very grateful for my family and especially my grandmother (who still laughs with her whole body and makes jokes even though she's been in the hospital for weeks). I love and miss you a lot today.
