Announcing: #yogaeverydamnday 2.0! Some of you are new to The 2013 Yoga Challenge, many of you have been going strong for almost an entire month. Over 2,600 of us connected, practicing yoga every damn day! As you already know the challenge will continue into February, but with a little twist - it's time for #yogaeverydamndayGOALS ! To keep February interesting I want you to choose a main goal for your yoga practice for this coming month. This goal will be your main focus throughout your daily practice, so make it an important one, something that really speaks to you. For instance - do you have a bad back? Make your goal for February's practice to have less back pain. Are you looking to move deeper into backbends? Make it your goal to improve the way you feel in a heart-opening pose by the end of the month. It can be a pose you want to nail down, it can be pain or tightness you want to get rid of, strength you want to create in certain areas of the body, to sleep better, stress less, improve your self confidence, lose weight... Whatever your heart calls for. Make it ONE goal and zone in on that - it means you'll have homework to do! Let this challenge motivate you to take your practice deeper and to stick to your time on the mat! Remember: you have the support of 2,600 yogis worldwide. You do not have to sign up again if you already participated in January’s challenge, just keep posting the way you already have.
