My second meal of the day
Backed tilapia with spinach and black rice
People ask me all the time what I do to stay in a good shape.
I eat 5-6 times a day, every 3 hours, drink a lot of water, exercise 5 times a week and take right supplements.
It's really important to feed your body every 3-4 hours, this way your metabolism works like a clock, so your body gets all the nutritions from the food and doesn't store it as a fat. Remember! In order to lose weight you have to feed your body, don't starve it ( its the biggest mistake that people do trying to lose weight)
