Omachi City’s Reishoji Temple is the oldest example of a Sōtō sect temple in Nagano Prefecture.

Its grounds are filled with splendid sculptures, and their beauty has earned them designations as treasures of Nagano Prefecture.

The scenery of the bell tower with majestic mountains at its back is truly stunning.
