Mr. Michael Lee arrived at the office of Mori Masako for two months of training beginning November 27, 2023.  Michael is a government official from the United States Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).  I happen to be the first Japanese person to obtain the IAEM (International Association of Emergency Managers) Executive Leadership Professional Development Program certification, facilitated by former FEMA Administrator, Craig Fugate.  Mr. Fugate assisted Japan during the time of the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake and subsequent nuclear incident.  I have visited FEMA many times since then, most recently in September of this year.   I received this FEMA bottle from Michael Lee as a gift.  During Micheal's training, I will lead a trip to the Fukushima nuclear power plant site and to the Innovation Coast.
