先週末は、茶道のお師匠にお誘いいただき
#東京大煎茶会 へ伺いました。
茶道はもちろん、日本茶の勉強や淹れ方の訓練はしていますが、本格的な #煎茶道 は初体験。

小田流、小笠原流、黄檗幽茗流の三席に、お作法もあまりわからず参加してしまいましたが、全ての流派にそれぞれの美しさがあり、見るもの全て刺激的。
お煎茶は旨みが濃厚な玉露いただき、とても美味しかったです。

新鮮だったのは、お道具が茶道よりも全て小さく「ミニ〜！可愛い〜！」なんて、大変失礼ですがはしゃいでしまいました笑。

と、たっぷり煎茶道を堪能して、夕方からは渋谷ヒカリエで開催中の日本茶アワード @nihonchaaward #tokyoteaparty へ。
行くのが遅すぎて今年のトップのお茶をゲット出来なかった笑。
@sakurai_tea_shop の #櫻井真也 さんと #発酵デザイナー の #小倉ヒラク さんのトークショーにも参加。
お茶は『発酵』と深い関わりがあるのですが、初聴きの奥深い歴史や関係性、お茶の未来についてのお話がめちゃくちゃ面白かったです。

Last weekend, I was invited by a master of tea ceremony
I visited the #Tokyo Grand Sencha Kai.
I have studied Japanese tea ceremony and trained how to brew tea, but this was my first time to experience a real #Sencha ceremony.

I participated in the three tea ceremonies of the Oda, Ogasawara, and Obaku-Yumyo schools without knowing much about the etiquette, but each school has its own beauty, and everything I saw was exciting.
The sencha was very tasty and the gyokuro tea was very rich in flavor.

What was refreshing was that all the utensils were smaller than those used in a tea ceremony! How cute! I was so excited, which was very rude, but I was so excited.

After enjoying the tea ceremony, we went to #tokyoteaparty at Shibuya Hikarie in the evening.
Too late to go and didn't get the top tea of the year lol.
Also attended a talk show with Mr. Sakurai of @sakurai_tea_shop and #Hiraku Ogura, a fermentation designer.
Tea is deeply related to "fermentation" and it was very interesting to hear about the deep history, relationship, and future of tea for the first time.
Let's visit @hakko.department in Shimokita next time!

It was a very rich tea day.
