吉田カバンの創業者・吉田吉蔵と映画監督の黒澤明。一切の妥協を許さない2人の男のストーリー。

1963年公開の映画『天国と地獄』のために製作されたブリーフケースの表面には、卓越した職人の技術による美麗な草花模様がカービングによって施されています。映画には映っていませんが、内装にファスナーポケットを設けるなど、たとえ小道具であったとしても実際に使えるカバンを製作した吉蔵。彼のカバン職人としての誇りを垣間見ることができます。

The surface of the briefcase produced for the film 'High and Low' in 1963 is decorated with a beautiful floral pattern carved by master craftsmen.
Although not shown in the film, Kichizo produced a bag that could actually be used, even if it was just a prop, by adding a zip pocket to the interior. The film gives a glimpse of his pride as a bag craftsman.
