河瀬直美さんのインスタグラム写真 - (河瀬直美Instagram)「太陽の塔に初めて昇りました。 1970年太陽の塔と一緒に写真にいる私は1歳。オムツしてお尻がモコモコでやっとよちよち歩き始めた頃のこと。記憶はまったくありません。でも、ここに養父母と来たんだなぁと想像すると、和らぐ夕方の光の中にあって、時が遡ってあの頃にいるような気持ちになりました。塔の中では進化の過程が表現されて、右腕と左腕の内部を初めて見ました。動脈と静脈のような青と赤の内部。当時のその先には今があった。あの頃の人たちはこの未来を想像できてたかな…写真の最後は背後の黒い顔。今回の大阪関西万博で私たちが考え創りあげるものを手渡してゆける場所はどこだろう？今歩む一歩が未来に繋がってゆく。太郎さんの心に同化するみたいに空を見上げていました。まもなく万博まで500日となります。 In 1970 I was 1 year old when I took a photo with the Tower of the Sun. But when I imagined coming here with my adoptive father, in the calming evening light, it felt like time went back and I was there again. Inside the tower the process of evolution is expressed, and I saw the insides of the right arm and the left arm for the first time. Insides blue and red, like arteries and veins. Before there wast that time, there was now. I wonder if people in those times imagined a future like this...the last photo is the black face on the back side. Where do you think we will hand over the thing that we think up and create for this Osaka Kansai Expo? Now taking one step connects to the future.
