オールデイダイニング「ORIGAMI」では「フランス郷土料理フェア」を12月20日まで開催中。フランス各地の郷土料理を「ORIGAMI」スタイルでご提供いたします。今年は旧キャピトル時代の人気メニュー「ブラート・ブルスト アリゴとともに」が復活。ソテーした香草入り豚肉ソーセージとジャガイモにチーズやニンニクを混ぜ込んだ濃厚なマッシュポテト“アリゴ”が食欲をそそります。ヨーロッパ屈指の食の都フランスが育んだ、美味なる歴史を味わっていただけるメニューをご用意しております。

For a limited time (until Dec 20), The Capitol Hotel Tokyu’s ORIGAMI restaurant features all-day dining that showcases a variety of French regional cuisine. And this year, The Capitol Hotel Tokyu is bringing back a signature dish from its early days. ‘Bratwurst with Aligot’ is a mouth-watering combination of herbed pork sausage and aligot, rich mashed potato blended with cheese and garlic.
