昨日、経団連会館・国際会議場にて開催された
日本国内の企業・団体のLGBTQ+等の職場環境改善に向けた『work with Pride 2023』カンファレンスにキーノートスピーカーとして登壇させていただきました。

当事者の方は勿論として、それをサポートしてくださる様々な分野の人たちと「企業から変える。」をテーマに、職場環境改善に向けて進んでいく大変意義のある取り組みに参加させていただき本当に光栄です。

僕も7月にカミングアウトをして、
今、たくさんの方々のサポートをいただきながら活動の再出発をしています。

ありがたいことに、多くの方が、
「変わらず応援してるよ」
「普通な事だよ」
と背中を後押ししてくれています。

ずっと隠していた僕にとっては、本当に日々感謝の毎日です。

これからもっと、

全ての人達が

"普通"

に暮らせる、働ける、世の中になってくれたら嬉しいと思っています。

僕もまだまだ分からないことばかりなので、
一緒に学ばせていただくと共に、

これからも、もし何かの一助になるようであれば、僕が経験してきたことや、僕が思う事を僕なりに発信していければ思っています。

Yesterday, I had the privilege of speaking as a keynote speaker at the “Work with Pride 2023” conference held at Keidanren Kaikan International Conference Hall in Japan. This conference focused on improving workplace environments for LGBTQ+ individuals within Japanese companies and organizations.

I am truly honored to have taken part in this highly meaningful effort to advance improvements in the workplace environment with the theme of “change from within the corporate world.” This conference not only involved people who are part of the LGBTQ+ community but also people who are allies from various fields.

In July, I came out, and now, I am embarking on a fresh journey with the support of many individuals. I am grateful that many people have encouraged me saying, “We support you just the way you are” and “It's perfectly normal.”

For someone who had concealed their true self for a long time, every day is filled with gratitude because of everyone’s continued support.

In the future, I hope that everyone can live, work, and be part of society “just as they are,” and I would be delighted if the world became a place where this is the norm.

I still have much to learn, so while I continue to learn alongside others, I also hope to share my experiences and thoughts to help in any way I can.
