◾️Push up and into the floor – practice this by holding your arms up towards the ceiling and pressing like you’re trying to push it away from you

◾️Keep your core tight, but don’t forget to breathe

◾️Practice proper form on a box – even if you already know how to do a handstand walk or hold, this drill is key for continuous improvement

◾️Use your fingers for balance by keeping a slight bend in them when you’re upside down

◾️Pick a place on the ground and focus your gaze – it can be a speck of dirt, dust, a spot in the flooring, anything!
