You can see the results of our trip on my body in the photos. It was the most active holiday we have been on recently. We were up to something active every single day and we broke the cardinal rule of just lying around on the beach. At @joalimaldives we couldn’t act like a bunch of lazy sea lions 🦭. To mention but a few: swimming, tennis, daily training at the gym and cycling have done to their part.
