(English below) まずは、来てくださった全てのお客さん、そして、貴重な機会をいただき、最強のスタッフ陣営による心強い後押しをしてくださったラーメン凪さんに心から感謝です。今回の挑戦はとても感慨深いものでした。 9年前、凪さん生田さんと出会い僕の人生は変わりました。当時、全くと言っていいほど、昆虫食は理解されておらず、今よりも多くの人がネガティブな印象を持っていました。しかし、そんな中、生田さんは「誰もやっていないからこそどんどんやっていこう。何でも応援するぞ」」と言っていただき、試行錯誤を経て、コオロギラーメンが生まれました。あれから8年がたち、沢山の素敵な理解者に恵まれ、ANTCICADAという大切な場も生まれました。今回、そんな凪さんのフィリピン出店10周年という大切な場で挑戦できたことが何よりも嬉しかったです。改めて、凪フィリピン、10周年おめでとうございます。 @ramennagi_jp 🔥 どんな時も初心を忘れず、圧倒的な決断力と行動力で、挑戦し続ける凪さん、生田さんの背中を追いかけ、自分なりの挑戦を続けていきます。またご一緒できるよう頑張ります。 I was deeply moved by this challenge at Nagi.
