I had seafood for dinner near Takamatsu Station. This is a seafood bowl with a soft-boiled egg and 'teppai,' a local dish from Kagawa Prefecture. Teppai consists of vinegar-marinated fish with daikon radishes and carrots mixed with vinegar miso. It was delicious! 🐟
"This is our dinner today. I believe it's called a fishermen's bowl. Looks delicious, right? We also have miso soup and an appetizer. And this is 'teppai,' a specialty from Sanuki."

夕飯は高松駅近くでお魚料理いただきました。「温玉のせ海鮮丼」と「てっぱい」です。「てっぱい」は香川県の郷土料理で、酢締め魚と大根人参を酢味噌で和えています。美味しかった〜
「今日の夕飯です。賄い漁師丼だったかな名前は。おいしそうでしょう！味噌汁にお通しに、これはてっぱいです。讃岐の名物かなー」
