Here’s my morning smoothie recipe

One big handful FRESH SPINACH
1/2 frozen BANANA
1 cup frozen BLUEBERRIES
1 DATE
1 handful RAW ALMONDS
dash PINK HIMALAYAN SEA SALT
1 tablespoon MACA POWDER
1 tablespoon @brainmdhealth MCT OIL
1 tablespoon FLAX SEED OIL
1 scoop @brainmdhealth NEURO GREENS
1/4 teaspoon ROYAL JELLY POWDER (i forgot this in my video 🤪)
1/4 cup HEMP SEEDS
1 cup PLANT BASED MILK
1 cup ICE
