界 加賀では「木地の山中」と評される山中塗の木地挽きの技を見学します。
今年は、木地師にあつらえてもらう無垢の器に加え、形が異なる深さがない「盃型」と
高さがある「筒型」の2種類を用意しました。
夕食の席で、3種の酒器の形の違いがもたらす、ひとつのお酒のさまざまな味わいを楽しめます。
界 加賀にお越しなったさいは、ぜひ北陸の伝統工芸に触れてみてはいかがでしょうか。

At KAI Kaga, visitors can observe the art of Yamanaka-nuri (Yamanaka lacquer ware) wood carving.
This year, in addition to the solid bowls that the woodworkers will make, we have prepared two types of bowls with different shapes: a "sake cup type" with no depth and a "cylinder type" with height.
At the dinner table, you can enjoy the different tastes of sake brought about by the different shapes of the three types of sake cups.
We invite you to experience the traditional crafts of Hokuriku when you visit KAI Kaga.
