界 出雲ではご当地楽として、石見神楽「国譲り」の演目を披露しております。
石見神楽は島根県西部の石見地方に古くから伝わる伝統芸能です。
もともとは「神様に捧げる舞」でしたが、徐々に民衆に広がり現在まで受け継がれてきました。
出雲神話に基づいた「国譲り」の演目は、出雲大社の起源に深い関わりのあるお話です。
水平線を望む界 出雲で、神話の世界に思いを馳せてみてはいかがでしょうか。

At KAI Izumo, we perform Iwami Kagura (a traditional dance with masks).
Iwami Kagura is a traditional performing art passed down from generation to generation in the Iwami region of western Shimane Prefecture.
Initially a dance dedicated to the gods, it gradually spread to the masses and has been passed down to the present day.
